Our studio has become a home for healing the body, mind & spirit for hundreds of our members for the past 40+ years. We teach a Hybrid class live and on Zoom. So come into our beautiful New studio or take class from your living room. Our members are a diverse group of practicioners that include different age groups, body mobility capabilities, those with special needs, and new and advanced yogis!
